Cinema Novo and Provincie West–Vlaanderen–WINOB joined forces in a library project, which offers a variety of dvd-collections. In various libraries we cater for a selection of twenty high-quality films (three continents, world cinema, author cinema), which change every three months. Feel free to collect a film and enjoy it for one week.
