83-year-old Mithat Bey roams the streets of Istanbul in search of objects to add to his ever-growing collection. Ali, the caretaker of the block of flats, helps him in his search. The other inhabitants of the building want to have it pulled down in favour of a stable construction. Mithat fights for his collection and asks for Ali’s help.
